I believe that when used well they can bring meaningful change to the world. I see this blog as a place to put forward my view as part of the wider conversation about brands, customer experience and B2B marketing.
My interest in brands and communication is as broad as it is deep. I have 17 years of experience covering brand, communication and digital strategy, corporate, recruitment and sustainability communication, and consumer and business to business marketing across a wide range of sectors.
After art college, I started out client-side and since then have worked for a wide variety of agencies – big, small, networked, independent.
I’m currently with Radley Yeldar, as a Director of Digital Strategy and apply a great sense of curiosity to all I do.
